OUR EXPERIENCE

The Story

School Bus Logistics was created in 2010 to provide consulting and support to school district officials and school bus contracting companies. As school budgets get tighter and tighter with each year, budgets for transportation costs are being reduced. With more than 30 years of combined routing software experience and routing operations, we focus solely on pupil transportation routing and all the challenges routing can bring to your district and the communities you serve.

Our offerings include full route management services, school start support, route creation, boundary analysis, route optimization, bell time studies, and routing software evaluations.

We are committed to our clients’ success and we lead innovation within the school bus routing industry.

Robert Jacobus

Colorado

Rob is a professional pupil transportation consultant with more than 23 years of experience focusing on route planning, efficiencies, boundary analysis, route optimization, bell schedule analysis, and fleet utilization studies. In addition to being an expert router, he brings a wide range of experience working on complex routing and varying bell schedules from many school districts around the country.

Megan Snair

Megan brings more than 23 years’ experience in school bus transportation and logistics to the team. She is well versed in route efficiencies, software training and implementation, project management, bell time analysis, redistricting, and route management. Megan has worked with more than 100 school districts nationwide during her career.

As a former executive transportation director, Greg knows his way around the logistics, best practices, and legislation of student transportation. With more than 20 years’ experience, Greg has the understanding and skills to guide districts to find efficiencies in their routing and operations while maintaining a safe environment for students.
